What are the requirements to order with Tenacious 7 Vapor?
To place an order with us you must have a VALID business license and/ or Retailers permit. Tenacious 7 Vapor is wholesale ONLY. We do not sell to the general public. You can email your business license and/or Retailers permit to email@example.com
How can I order from Tenacious 7 Vapor?
You can place an order online by registering for an account. Your account will be activated after you send in a copy of your business license and/or retailers permit. Once your account is activated you will be able to view prices and add items to your cart. By using our online ordering system you have the convenience of placing an order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
You can also order by phone, by calling Toll Free 1-702-868-VAPE and speak to one our Sales Associates. (Please be advised that our Sales Associates are only available to take phone orders from 9am -5pm Pacific Standard time M-F)

How are orders processed?
Orders are completed in the order they are received. Once your order is placed with us, we start by pulling the items from our inventory. Each item is checked to make sure there are no defects. When all items have been pulled, your order is verified by our shipping associate to check for accuracy of order. An invoice is then created, and shipping calculated (based on the weight of each box), added to the total. Once we have determined all details and your items are ready to ship, we then call you to make payment arrangements and finally shipped.
What do I do if I receive a broken item or defective item?
If you receive a broken or defective item you must immediately send a picture of the broken item to firstname.lastname@example.org
What is your return policy?
If it is the fault of Tenacious 7 Vapor, you will be fully credited and/or items will be reshipped at our expense. However if it is not our fault, we would be happy to re-ship you any items at your expense. On all refused orders, the customer will be charged a 10% re-stocking fee plus all freight charges. Only manufacturer defects or items with concealed damages as a result of shipping will be authorized for a return.
Do you charge for shipping?
Yes, we DO charge for shipping. Shipping is processed via UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are determined by weight and dimensions of the box they are packaged in and where they are being shipped to. Shipping charges come directly from UPS. The customer is responsible for all freight charges, COD fees, and insurance fees if you would like insurance added to your shipping product. If you would like your order expedited, please let us know and we would be happy to discuss what options are available.
How can I pay for my order?
Once your order is checked for accuracy, an invoice is created, and shipping is added we will call you to receive a form of payment. You can pay by Credit Card (No American Express) or COD (there is an $11 charge for COD from UPS). COD must be cashier’s check or money order ONLY. No Company Checks.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Shipping times vary depending on where the product is being shipped to. Shipping can be anywhere from 2-8 days. If you would like expedited shipping, please let us know we would be happy to discuss what options are available.
